Organic coconut flour is produced and process under hygienic conditions following HAACP protocol. The product is not irradiated, treated with sewer sludge, or produced with genetically modified materials.
Organic Coconut flour is produced from the meat of organic coconuts after it has been pressed to produce virgin coconut oil. The processing steps are: cracking the coconut, removing the husk and shell, grating the meat, drying the meat, pressing out the oil, pulverizing, inspection and packaging.
Packaging: 20 or 25-kilogram sacks
Store product at less than 30C and Relative Humidity less than 50%. Product should be stored on pallets in an odour‐free environment. Coconut flour is naturally hygroscopic. No free‐flowing or anti‐caking agents have been added. Therefore, in low humidity conditions, this product may exhibit some hardening or caking.
Shelf Life is 12 months from production when stored under recommended conditions.
